This Is My Story (And I'm Sticking To It) App Reviews

Just downloaded this app (original iPad, iOS 5) and the game is broken. The "write your own story" mode doesnt provide connector words, so the only function it allows is to pick and repick the first item/character. Fix the bug and ill give it a better review, or give me my dollar back.

Great idea, but app doesnt work. There seem to be several bugs.

Has too many bugs that need fixing. Had to "hide" it on my iPhone bc my kid wants to play /w it but when he does it upsets him bc it doesnt work properly. Biggest waste of a buck. Fix it & Ill give it another review. Cant BELIEVE this was recommended by a parenting magazine when there are so many bugs.

Heard about this app in a parenting magazine. Love the idea and the look, but the app could be developed more to include more variations for stories. Currently, users only can choose the nouns, no verbs. This app interests my 5 yr old for a few minutes, but its limited capability in story generation is disappointing. Maybe with more time it will improve? Hope so, especially because I paid $ for it.

This was really disappointing! The "stories" are made by filling in the blanks, but they dont make sense at ALL (not even as a silly story). Not good!

This is great, it actually makes learning to read fun! My son couldnt stop laughing when he made the fries laugh with the truck! He also loves the sticker page fun game where he can make his own picture with his favorite characters! Great job!!!

I downloaded this app to entertain my nephew and he loves it!! He likes making his own silly stories and listening to them over and over! I have to admit I enjoy making pictures using the sticker book!! So we both have fun!!

This is a great app. perfect for early readers and pre-schoolers. My 2 girls ages 3 and 5 both love this app. Theyre learning to read and dont even realize it. My 3 year old after 30 min. was reading along with the narrator. Both girls like to take turns putting pages together to hear the out come. My older one also helps coach the younger. Cant wait to see whats to come in the future updates. Maybe . . . The Cow Danced With The Moon!

I bought this App for my kids a couple days ago and they have been playing it ever since. They love the interaction with the game and creating the stories The graphics are very well done and very playful. This is a great APP for young readers and I highly recommend it for parents with budding readers.

This app is like Mad Libs for the 2 to 6 year old set. As the kids play you can see them catching on to word patterns and parts of speech. My friends 4 year old was playing This Is My Story (And Im Sticking To It) at lunch the other day and she loved the colors, the sounds and the interactivity. This app is sure to be played over and over again. Love it!

This app is just adorable from the childlike graphics to the charming voice, which allows young pre school children to hear their story! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the book to go along with this clever and enjoyable app! This was the best 99 cent app I have ever purchase. I would highly recommend it to anybody with young pre school children. Its entertaining and educational!

This app is excellent (even for big kids!) had fun playing this with my college friends.....cant wait for the iPhone version!

The only problem I have with this app is trying to get my phone back from my niece. She loves it!!

My five year old and I love it! I have so much fun watching him make up funny stories. It is a great tool for my child and me to be silly and have fun!

The only problem I have is that the write a story part doesnt work! The voices ask what the story will be about and announce a choice when the picture is touched, but the sticker will not move! Really makes me sad since this is such a good idea.

A very creative and ingenious application. I would give 5 stars if an update would include more stories.

my daughter is really sad as the write a story part DOES NOT WORK ! the sticker does not move ! I read that I am nt the only one. Will you fix that bug ?
